Anything Goes!
A marinade that enhances everything
you cook! This is the finest all-around combination of ingredients
you'll ever taste. It will tenderize the toughest cuts of meat
and bring out the best in beef, chicken, pork, fish, wild game,
and vegetables. Also excellent when smoking meats or making jerky.
Marinate between 1-24 hrs. Always discard used sauce.
DO NOT REUSE!
Going "Outside the Bottle"
with ANYTHING GOES:
Not Just a Marinade!
1. Blanche Vegetables like Asparagus or Broccoli til they're are slightly cooked but still firm and drain off water. Then put them in a non stick frying pan and pour as much ANYTHING GOES as your taste likes. Thinly slice a yellow onion or slice down the center of a green onion and then cut it into 1 inch pieces and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes more. It really enhances the taste.
2. Slice beef, chicken, or a bone less pork chop into very thin little pieces and put into a wok or frying pan. Put some ANYTHING GOES on the meat and cook till done. You can add a little water while cooking to give you more sauce. Steam some Rice and then wash some Bib Lettuce or Romaine lettuce and shake off excess water. Grate some carrots and put into a small bowl, peel some garlic and slice it into thin pieces and put them on a dish with some chopped green onions. You can use anything you like. These are just some suggestions. Take a piece of lettuce put a spoon of rice in and put your desired meat on top with what ever veggie you like and top it with a drizzle of ANYTHING GOES for a wonderful Lettuce Wrap.
3. One of our customers put 1/2 bottle of ANYTHING GOES into a roasting pan with venison and cooked it in the oven till done the took out the meat and added some more sauce the took some cold water and corn starch and made a gravy to pour over the meat. It was fantastic and people didn't know it was venison.
4. Use as a salad dressing for a different flare to a Crispy Chicken Salad.
5. Add a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar and some cayenne pepper ( for your desired heat ) to a bottle of ANYTHING GOES and marinade thinly sliced London broil or a Sirloin roast and make jerky or use as a marinade to smoke salmon that's out of this world. If you're doing fish only marinade about 1 hour as opposed to overnite for the beef.
